Teleconference Notes with Dr. Goldberg.
Give Zyrtec at night, not in the morning.
Concerned about HHV-6 labs being the same.
Keep the sugar & carbs down at night.
9/14/12 start to increase Lexapro, 3/4 pill every other day, then 1/2 pill every other day.
2 1/2 to 3 weeks Dr. Goldberg will start a low dose of Tenex(?)
